In June's issue of American Coin-Op magazine, Dan Bowe, National Sales Manager of Speed Queen, is featured as an industry expert in the feature story "Attended vs. Unattended: No Magic Formula." Bowe discusses the benefits of each option, but believes that most stores, regardless of size, should be at least partially attended.
