Speed Queen announces a new level of customer convenience, cashless operation, and collection control to multi-housing property managers. CardMate Plus equipment and the NetMaster System are available on top and frontloading washers as well as their matching single load and stacked dryers.

CardMate Plus smart card products offer a cashless solution. Security is improved for residents since money is not used to start the machines. Cards increase customer loyalty; residents are more likely to do their laundry on property if they can use their laundry card. Cards offer expanded services; the laundry card can interface with other equipment and services including vending machines, business centers and door security access.

Using the latest technology, NetMaster System lets your route operator quickly and easily program and re-program your laundry equipment through the use of a microwand or personal computer. When an internet or direct modem connection is used, the programming can even be done from a computer at a remote location. Route operators can retrieve data on laundry room activity by day and time for your evaluation. It's great for offering timed promotions, modifying vend prices or loyalty programs. NetMaster's detailed reports offer you total operating and marketing control of your property's laundry.
