That’s just one of the reasons the pair was awarded the Global Leadership Award for 2006 by Alliance Laundry Systems. The honor was presented in June during the 2007 Clean Show in Las Vegas, Nev.

Based in Sydney, Australia, Commercial Laundry Appliances (CLA) distributes Speed Queen and UniMac laundry equipment products from its 900-square-meter showroom and office. Alliance Laundry Systems is a global leader in manufacturing commercial laundry equipment, including Speed Queen and UniMac brands.

CLA started out as a supplier and route operator in 1988. Today, the firm employs a staff of nine and has more than 175 service agents, who sell and service products. In addition, CLA has been integral in expanding brand recognition and sales of Speed Queen and UniMac products.

This is the fourth year Alliance has given out the Global Leadership Award. Nominees are judged on a Customer One focus, which means an overall effort to delight customers with every interaction, loyalty to Alliance Laundry Systems, sales growth year over year as well as their ability to provide services to the market which differentiate them from competitive distributors.
