American Laundrymat, a family-owned Speed Queen store in Riverton, Wyo., is profiled in the July 2008 edition of The Journal.

The story details how the state-of-the-art store was to be the showpiece of David Hinkle’s laundry and drycleaning business, until tragedy struck. That’s when the Hinkle family rallied and continued to pursue David’s dream.

When they were finished, the result was a 3,000-square-foot laundry, with top-of-the-line Speed Queen equipment and a card payment system, installed by Martin Ray Laundry Systems, Denver, Colo.
